Artist, DJ, producer and Paria Records label head, Bclip is influenced by the picó (Colombian Soundsystem) scene and his upbringing in Soledad Atlántico. Inspired by a wide spectrum from salsa, reggaeton and black metal to coastal folklore and IDM, he works with a sound he calls “La Grasa” and embodies the countercultural resonance of the ghetto where he began.
An incredibly exciting artist who’s consistently championed and pushed the Latin American underground scene since his early days as a selector in the ghettos of Barranquilla. Now a staple of Bogota’s avant-kitsch queer scene and a master of Guaracha, Bclip hits the hemisphere for the first time this year and we're looking to grab as many Summer dates as we can.
